For Our Schools, For Our Future: Join Sonya Sasser’s Campaign Team

Join the Team: Help Us Shape the Future of Horry County Schools
Our schools are the heartbeat of our community. They are where our children find their path, where our future workforce is trained, and where the values of Horry County are passed down to the next generation.
Sonya Sasser is running for the Horry County Board of Education because she believes every student deserves an environment that fosters excellence, safety, and transparency. But a campaign isn’t just about one person—it’s about a movement of parents, teachers, and neighbors coming together to make a difference.
We need your help to get the message across District 7.
How You Can Make an Impact
There are many ways to get involved, whether you have an hour a week or a whole afternoon. We are looking for volunteers to help with:
Door Knocking & Canvassing: Join us as we walk through our neighborhoods to talk one-on-one with voters about the issues that matter most.
Yard Sign Distribution: Help us turn District 7 green and gold (or your campaign colors)! Hosting a sign or helping us deliver them is a huge boost to our visibility.
Phone Banking & Texting: Help us reach voters from the comfort of your own home to ensure everyone knows when and where to vote.
Hosting a "Meet & Greet": Open your home or place of business for a small gathering so Sonya can hear directly from her constituents.
Social Media Ambassadors: Like, share, and comment on our updates to help our message reach further online.
Why Volunteer Now?
The decisions made by the School Board today will impact Horry County for decades. By volunteering, you aren’t just helping a campaign—you are advocating for our children’s education and the future of our county.
Every door knocked and every phone call made brings us one step closer to ensuring our schools remain a place where students can thrive.
Ready to get started?
Fill out the Volunteer Form or email us at SonyaSasser@hotmail.com to let us know how you’d like to help.
Let’s do this together!
